Paste a public YouTube Shorts link and save an available video format. Check the source preview and prepare your file with shortsdlyt.app.
Open the Short in YouTube, select Share and copy its link. Paste the full link above. Available download formats come from that specific upload; the tool does not create a higher-resolution original.
Vertical Shorts retain their source aspect ratio. After saving, find the file in your browser Downloads or Files app. Keep any creator attribution when using content with permission.
Open the Short, select Share, then Copy link. Shorts use the same quality options supplied by the original upload.
Use the Share option in YouTube. Make sure the content is public and you have permission to save it.
Paste the link and choose Get download options. Review the preview and choose a format from the actual result.
Choose Download, wait for preparation and select Save file. Temporary file links expire, so save your file when it is ready.
Formats and resolution depend on the original upload. Restricted, removed or unavailable content may not produce a download. Conversions do not improve the original quality.
